An appointment request is not a confirmed booking until we contact you to confirm.

Please let us know if you can’t make your appointment as far in advance as possible as it is often too late to try to find someone else to fill your appointment. We require 48 business hours notice of appointment cancellations/amendments otherwise a cancellation charge of £40 will apply.

All jo brehme vouchers and discounts are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note that no vouchers can be redeemed during December.
